I was able to order gift cards and they would come through everything was fine and dandy til I think about maybe 10 times later (of me ordering gift cards) it happened again I went through the same motions except this time the response i got, instead of the issue being fixed, was that I could no longer order anything through target online lol :( that I was basically permanently banned and there was no solution they could offer me anymore 😭💔 I guess I just can't order anything period anymore but I can go in store to shop of course. This happened to me too recently, and you don't get the money back if you have any open orders the amount gets applied to those which was the most annoying part to me 🙄🙄 but anyway, I got ahold of target customer service just through the chat option and they told me it had to be reviewed by their team and they would get back to me within a few days.
